Yesterday marked the first day of my training to begin my fighting career. I began my cardiovascular and strength training with a good run. Also, I thought very intensely about a bike ride but never got around to it. I did two chin ups and a pull up which I was very proud of. Most important to my training, however, was my diet. I started the day with a delicious bowl of peaches and cream oatmeal. I'll be honest, it was very old and didn't taste that great, but the idea of eating breakfast changed my whole day. I then decided to not eat anything until about 6:00 pm when I destroyed an entire Hot 'n Ready while watching Bloodsport. Later in the evening doughnuts were brought over and I had one. Then I later had another. Then I later finished off the remains of another. Then my future wife from across the street brought brownies over and I had one. Then, Dane went to Macdonalds. Just to top it off, I had a McDouble. That sucker absolutely melted in my mouth. You may think this was a terrible diet, but I honestly don't want a doughnut, a brownie, a slice of pizza or a double cheese burger ever again. By that I mean I probably won't have any of those things until about Friday. This should be a very effective couple of days. Thanks Dane.
